apparently when you request a payout they email a code to confirm? i havent got this code does anyone know when do they send it

Not to be a jerk but why don't you call them and ask? I've been with them forever and have never done a bitcoin withdraw but I think if you ask their customer service they would be able to help you.

update: when you request b itcoin someone from there department sends a email about an hour later with a 4 digit code
