Betphoenix called me to offer me a 175% freeplay bonus with a 16x roll by M. G. $300 min and $1000. so I get the name of the receiver and send $500. but when my funds get credited to my account Mary there tells me that they can only give 100% bonus with a 18x rollover. because I had payout but I have had 4 deposits since that time. Beware of this bullshyt

Thanks for sharing. This is a good reminder why it's important to read the fineprint of bonus rules before sending funds, and to ask for a manager to clear any doubts you might have; salespeople are going to be overeager to close deals.

    From the sportsbook bonus terms:

    • Bonuses are only offered on new money, if a member has recently withdrawn funds from his account, the client will be required to make up the total amount of the payout in deposits before being eligible for a bonus.
    • Customers who have recently taken a payout from any of our sister sites and have not since made up the payout amount in deposits will not be eligible for a bonus with Betphoenix.ag.
    • In order to qualify for a bonus client must be in a lifetime net loss position; a client whose account is in a lifetime positive position will not be eligible for re-load bonuses.

After reading the above, do you still think you should have been eligible? If so, please submit a complaint and we can ask a manager to review.

I always clarify with all these places by livechat before i make the deposit. That way these places can't fuk with you cause you'll have that as proof.

Sportbook should research player history. Determine bonus eligibility before contacting player. I keep up with my deposit and payouts exactly, but most players do not.
