Good to know. I have always been at 5D, and prefer them over all other books, but I have had a good experience at Heritage this year. I guess the handful of payouts I have taken over the past 6 months all just happened to be during the week. Good timing I guess.

Yes. Ive made several payout requests over the last few years.
You always have to make your request M-F..
