I've played there a bit, no problems with payouts, customer service good and no issues with them at all. Most of the BetConstruct sites seem very dodgy indeed whilst Betboro seem pretty good so in the spectrum at least of comparing them to other BetConstruct books, they seem to be the most reputable that I've seen out of those books and pretty reputable in general.

Well my experience with this bookmaker is not very good. I started using betboro last year before olympics had some bets on olympic games. after week I placed my bets I checked again what i placed and found out that some of bets are cancelled, even before the event started, they explained that that the odds were wrong. But the odds were similiar in all other books at the time I placed, they just steamed a lot after . They did not changed their decision. After that I stopped using them. But lately I needed book with player props on NBA so I started to using them again. I won and ordered withdrawal. they rejected it and asked for documents, + photo of me holding my passport, +skrill screenshot. Did all they asked (ofcourse I did not liked of doing selfies of me holding my passport so I added some spice by middle finger when holding my passport, to show how I apreciate such requests
). Then they said that my account is verified and I can do withdrawal by bank. I did not read the last part and ordered withdrawal to my skrill because I deposited via this method. SO they rejected it and when I asked why , they said to read that verification email again. I then saw that only withdrawal option now for me is by bank. Well I can do that and will do that, but I really do not like the fact that I will get my money to my bank and not to skrill or some other options. I don't know if they do that to all customers, or they pissed at me cause I sent that middle finger selfie to them. Any way it's not good thing to do to a customer. Hope I will get my money to my bank .

Hi Irmants. quite a few books have been insisting on a bank account withdrawal first after a Skrill deposit. It's because people have been selling Skrill accounts with basic ID, or it's their way of giving you the middle finger back.

Betboro scam
I deposited 500 EUR using skrill after i joined in this bookmaker.
I won 825 EUR and currently my ballance is 1325 EUR
Before i asked 1000 EUR wihdrawal i uploaded verification documents as requested
by verification documents upload system at their site.Withdrawal has been rejected
and i received mail where the asked:
- ID with my picture
- front and back of credit card
- screenshot of my verified skrill account
- photo of me while holding my ID
- copy of latest utility bill
And all this only in digital photo format.
After they received all this documents (except credit card photo because no credit card has been used
and for gambling i use only skrill)
after that 1325 EUR withdrawal rejected without any further explenation.
Comunication from their side extremely rude and arrogant.
last mail i received from them after i sent all digital photos as they asked was and i asked if they received
and verified documents was:
Dear Sir/Madam
"Thank You for Your email.
As You provide us with requested documents we will verifiy Your account and we
will process Your wihdrawal."
They do not answer what should be wrong with documents i sent.
They do not respond further on my mails.
Live chat agents stop comunication as soon as i present my self
trying to ask help from them.
Case reported to Curacao egaming comission where they have license
No action till now taked from them.

They are licensed in Curacao by Curacao eGaming...stay away if you do not want to lose your money...you will not find any protection there and they will reject your payments and in the end if you insist to withdraw they will close your account for various made-up so-called breaches of Terms & Conditions.
According to Public Prosecutor Office in Curacao the owners of the master license (e.g. Curacao eGaming and Gaming Curacao) which allow various operators to provide remote gambling services using their license (1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ) are not regulated. Hello,I deposited 3000€ on Betboro and wan 5k+ on sportbetting. I tried to withdrawals my fund, they asked for many documents , I provided all of them. Service client is horrible ( 4 days to get an answer by email) and they suspended my live chat option. My account is now suspended with almost 10k€. My biggest winning were on big major leagues soccer ( french ligue 1/ germany Bundesliga etc). -I did never have another account there.
-I did never get bonus.
-I did never play at small sports or small markets.Only football 1X2 FT and sometimes under-over.
-Arround the 40%-50% of my bets was at big leagues.
-I did never place big bets. And i can not to do this because at small leagues i have had 5-50€ maxbets and at big leagues untiill 300-400.
-All my bets was with small stakes.5-50€ at the 80% of my bets and some bets with stakes 100-200€.
-At the moment who i placed my bets, all the other bookmakers have had the same odds with betboro.

And the result was this: When i did withdrawal request 380€, then i got an email and they told me that my account is under review and will remaing closed for 30 working days. After 20 working days and without to tell me the reason, at email they told me that they will not give me my money(1019.44€) and next day at chat they told me that my account is remaing under review and i must to waiting some days more!!!

25 March 2019. At chat they told me that i must to sent them a email with my bank details.Because the payment department decided to cancell my withdrawal (via neteller) and they will sent me my money via bank transfer.
