Difficult process to sign up with Heritage Sports?

I cannot get past the initial page because when I input my information, it just shows this continuous circle

I spoke with live chat and they told me to call their customer service line, where I was on hold for 10 minutes and then it cut-off.

Why is this process so difficult?

its most likely your browser...I get that sometimes when using firefox or chrome switch it

Dump your temp files & give your registry a checking - then reboot.

Try cleaning your cache in CCleaner or delete the Heritage cookie in whatever browser. Highly doubt it is their site.

I had the same problem a few months ago. I read somewhere that Heritage changed to referral only and someone, somewhere said to put in SBR forums or SBR in the referral section. Seemed to get me past the loop. Then (I forget it I had to call them or they called me) but I had to verify a bunch of information over the phone.
