So I have been getting the run around from 5 dimes on a bitcoin payout. I am not a new member, nor is this my first payout. It is however my first payout in quite a while.
On 06/06/2016 I requested a bitcoin payout for $1000.00. After taking over 48 hours to process I made the mistake of betting and letting my account get under $1000.00, so the payout was conveniently rejected right after.
On 06/14/2016 I got the account back up over $1000.00 and requested a bitcoin payout immediately. Well after 48 hours of it still saying processed I decided to ask the live chat what the delay was for. They assured me it was just a delay with the processor. After another day goes by I chat with them again and now am told that upper management needs to take a look at the request, and it could be another 1 to 2 days. Fast forward to today and I ask the live chat when I will get my payout and ask if I should just cancel it and request a check instead. I am told that "upper management is reviewing payouts today and there are many requests in the queue, that my payout will be processed today, and the checks are only processed Monday-Thursday"
So I say ok, no problem. I look forward to seeing it processed today. 6 hours later I look at my account and see that payout has been rejected and a new one for $1000.00 is requested! As you can imagine I get on live chat and ask what the deal is, and this is the answer I get:
Marlon: Is it the payout for $1,000, right?
: yes
Marlon: Let me check your account, just a moment please.
Marlon: Just a moment please
Marlon: Thank you for waiting, we are still working on your request.
: ok
Marlon: Thank you for holding
Marlon: There was a mistake with your previous request, so it got canceled.
: how can there be a mistake
Marlon: While checking we saw there where no mistake.
Marlon: So the request was placed again.
Marlon: Right now it's waiting to be processed.
Marlon: We do apologize for the inconvenience.
This is unreal, and I hope it gets resolved. I haven't used them in quite awhile, but it was never a problem getting a payout years ago.
