has anyone ever done the credit back to the cArd with them. They won't let me do Bitcoin withdrawals until they credit back all my depsoits. I have 4 years worth of deposits with this method and they can't tell me how far they will go back so I am kinda stuck when I do a withdraw as to what method it will be. I am also a very small depositer so when my card sees a ton of these coming back I am guessing they will close my card because it will look suspicious. They told me recently they just starting doing this. I had always withdrew the cash way but now blocked on both They tell me 10-15 business days but I know those are usually estimates. Kinda sucks as I have no other payout methods I can use with them which is why I am sad after 4 years I am going have to find another book because I absolutly love them. Tried cloudbet today and didn't care for it much mostly because I am use to how they do things. Just wish I could withdraw with Bitcoin and not have to worry about it but guess that's the market we live in today

The OP's situation actually has nothing to do with the speed of bitcoin withdrawals, but rather his using his credit card to deposit. Based on user feedback most Heritage bitcoin payouts are a couple of hours max and certainly same day. This is faster than other non-bitcoin exclusive books.

Interesting you mention a bitcoin-only book as they don't even let you deposit with CC. It'd be cheaper and quicker for everyone if you just used BTC with Heritage, why not just do that? As for your concern with your bank, that is another reason not to use plastic in the 1st place until the climate changes.

        Bitcoin/Credit

We don't have any issues with Bitcoin payouts and continue to payout with same day service. All Bitcoin payouts are FREE all the time.

We were one of the first traditional books to automate, accept and payout bitcoin. We have promoted it as a preferred method for our customers.

We will review the Op's history and clarify if needed, but we have seen customers receive a Bitcoin payout and turn around and deposit with a card.

If we sent you Bitcoin, we know you use Bitcoin for your withdrawals, you should likewise use Bitcoin for your deposits?

Card deposits are costly, takes months to settle and are high risk.

We think that it's realistic to ask for some common sense co-operation from our valued customers so we can continue to utilize this method.

Perhaps the message didn't get properly relayed and we will clarify this for all customers in similar circumstances.

Sorry if I gave Wrong impression. There is absolutely no problems with Bitcoin withdrawals there and they are the top book for the u.s. My problem just arised because I have being using a put cash on a card type of depsoit for a long long time because it's easy for me to walk into a cvs put money on it and be playing in 3 or 4 mins. I had never heard of credited back to the card until last week I believe when they ask me to start using Bitcoin. If it is more costly them I didn't know that I just was suggested this method quite a while ago by them as a way since I was blacklisted at p2. The problem is for me as I have to depsoit to Bitcoin with my savings account that my wife doesn't know I have and it takes 4 days to get to the coinbase. I can use my debit card but some of us have wives who watch every thing that comes out of it so that's a no go so I am left with a problem of depositing with my prepaid and waiting up to 6 weeks to return the money on withdrawals or trying to find another method. I hope no one thinks I mean to harm heritage in any way with this post because they are top notch. Insider am I am to give you my account number or can we talk about this privately ? Thanks again

            Thanks Mets.

More than anything you gave us a great opportunity to address something that we will be communicating to our customers. It probably wasn't effectively communicated to you.

We'll be in touch to discuss and clarify with your personally.

do you really win all the time so you have to be concerned with this. this constant deposit and then withdraw merry go round is stupid. just leave it in and withdraw every 3 or 4 months or so if you need the money that bad. highly unlikely you can keep winning for that long anyway.

Similar situation to OP here. It's really easy to load a certain type of method. Unfortunately depositing via Bitcoin is a painful process thanks to the banks I use. They don't take kindly to Bitcoin. The main U.S. Bitcoin processors dont accept deposits from cash loaded cards at this time.

So I'm stuck using a certain load method to deposit and withdrawals are easy with Bitcoin (thanks to the newer Bitpay card). I'm not trying to take advantage of a cheaper method to deposit, it's just virtually impossible to go Bitcoin completely with my banks.

I don't abuse the methods so it hasn't been an issue up to this point for me. I can definitely see the books side from it as well. I think Heritage is pretty understanding if you explain to them you're not taking advantage of the situation. If Coinbase/Circle ever start accepting cash loaded cards for deposits I would be happy to go 100% Bitcoin in a heartbeat.

Absolutly clover field same problem I had. Circle won't accept my ntspnd card. I am just happy I got it resolved I really didn't want to lose heritage but I couldn't wait 6 weeks for credit backs to my card I normally only deposit 20-30 dollars a time and most of my withdraws are 300 or so. I am way down over my lifetime but I do this more as s hobby then way of life. After speaking to heritage they explain to me I completely understand why they were doing what they were doing. It was something I didn't even think of.

No I really never win honestly.. And I am very small player. Most of my depsoits are 20-30 bucks and I cash out around 200-300. I do it more for enjoyment. To be honest though I have been burned by 2 books going belly up and another that kept my funds and wouldn't pay so I really don't like to keep a lot there
