Warning!!! Do not bet on 10Bet.com!!! They are not going to pay you!!

I deposited $120 on my 10bet.com account and bet. I lost my $120 and asked
them to credit my 50% cash bonus. They did it and gave me $60. After I made
some bets and made my 5 time rollover for bonus amount.. On my balance there
were $340 and I made my FIRST withdrawal for $70.
The 10bet support asked me for documents I prepared and sent them.
Everything was OK, but I received a message that

>> Due to Management decision all your bonus winnings have been deducted due

Be sure everything was ok with my account and I mainly bet on premier league
matches. So I don't understand what is bonus manipulation??
I asked them to explain and received this answer

I got paid ok from them a week or two back - mid 3 figure sum - however Bonus is unwithdrawable and unplayable until you have lost all of your own funds (so reelatively pointless)

I had to quit there because was restricted to £1 wagers (so no chance of ever losing all my funds and playing with the bonus)

So they are a crap site, but they do/did payout

simply too risky. hard to find valuable bets there and always many fishy stories about them out there.
i did personally always get paid though

I have an account at 10bet but did not deposit there yet. I do not want any bonus etc. Is it safe to place sure bets at 10bet if my stakes are not too high and rounding ? Thanks for the help.

The same happened with me as they cancelled my bonus and my winnings due to use a computer that was not mine. I am trying now to get my funds back but I am not confident about that.

You mentioned a link regarding a complaint file to send to 10bet. However, I cannot see that link, as I would like to complain regarding my oppening bonus, which they cancelled due to a supposed access made by me to my account under a diferent IP.

I have already sent an email to them, but I am still waiting for an answer. It passed about a week now.
