Yesterday, instead of using The Greek or Bookmaker as normal I checked on my account with betonline.com. Upon logging in I had a message that said deposit $100 or more and receice 50% bonus. I deposited and when claiming this bonus they said it was not offered to me. Unfortunately on there message system once you check the message, then the message disappears. there live support said they could not help me and I could call in and talk to "Mark", the supervisor. I told them i didn't really see how it changed the fact that they offered a special and did not want to honor it without a hassle. Now I will take my money back out and pay there rather large fee for this. I would not have deposited into this account without promise of this bonus.
Thus as a warning I would not trust this book. I believe that I could have argued with them and got the bonus but I decided I just will quit using them. I don't recommend this book. They always try to find a way to make you argue for money that you have won or were offered with some bonus. They are constantly changing rules and do not inform users of these changes until you run into a problem. They don't keep your personal info very secure either. I would however recommend using The Greek or Bookmaker. I have yet to encounter serious problems or lies from these books. Please respond if you also have had problems with this book and let's try to stop others from making the mistake of joining this book.
