Iwager (SBR rating D-) cancels player's wagers; blocks account history

The player made winning in-game NBA wagers. Iwager canceled winnings of $3941, claiming the wagers were not for live in-game wagers, but were all past-posted bets that were offered accidentally while the game was taking place. Iwagerclosed the player's account, and refused to allow the player or SBR to view the wagering ticket which would reveal whether the bet was a past-posted play or a valid in-game bet. Iwager is a licensee of the Sportsbook.com family, Jazette Enterprises Ltd.

Sportsbook.com Group management provides wagering ticket to resolve two month old Iwager (SBR rating D-) dispute. The sportsbook initially refused to allow the player or SBR to view the wagering ticket for a deleted winning wager. Iwager claimed the wager was on a betting offer that should have expired when the game began while the player insisted that he wagered on an in-game bet. The wagering ticket shows it was not an in-game bet and was justly canceled by the sportsbook because the bet was placed well after the game was underway.

        OK, thanks Lou.

So was/Iwager part of Jazzette as you say in post (1) or part of Sportsbook.com group as you say in post (3).

I still think they are all the same, although I get shit everytime I say that....

How can you be sure that they didn't spend 2 months figuring out how to alter the ticket? Did they show ANY other deleted wagers on this supposedly past-posted event? It's very fishy that a book wouldn't cooperate on a complaint that's a trivial decision in their favor. It's also not standard practice for that group to lock an account for a past-posted bet.
