Trying to get a payout from them using Bitcoin and there is no option. I talk to the people on live chat and they say it is down at the moment and it could be months before it is working again. I joined with the understanding that I could withdrawal using bitcoin and now I cant. All the other options for payouts cost $50. I feel like I am basically being extorted for $50. Anyone have any thoughts/ideas on this?

Thanks for sharing your inquiry. Bitcoin availability is sometimes restricted initially if you have deposited other ways with Bookmaker. There is a dedicated phone # for bitcoin payouts though that has generally helped players figure out how to unlock the option: 1-855-535-4947.

He now tells me that it is only available for long time customers that wager more than me. I knew that was incorrect because my wife has an account there, and she bets roughly the same that I do, and she hasn't been there as long as me. Then he says that I just need to keep playing and one day it might unlock. To me that just seems extremely shady type of business practice. Once my bets clear I think I will pay the $50 and get a full payout and go somewhere else. It makes me uncomfortable to have people holding my money and having such weird policies, not to mention basically lying to me.Comment -
