BANCOBET - SCAM - Randomly voiding bets
    Hello,

I would like to warn you about the betting company BANCOBET - Estraleon Technologies Ltd., operated by CASINO24, registered in Malta.

I placed five bets on a football match on Sunday morning, 01.05.2016. The prices corresponded to the average odds on the market. The match took place three days later. Odds dropped dramatically. Today I found out that all five bets have been voided for no clear reason. The voiding was done on 04.05.16 13:52:35 CET (shortly before the end of the game) according to the information on their system. Support told me that the odds were displayed wrongly which is not the truth because all other bookies on this market had the same odds at that time. Even 24 hours later many bookies came in with same odds.

The bookie's statement the odds would have been wrongly displayed is a cheap exuse. It is obvious that the company wants to prevent losing money.

The damage suffered amounts to a total of 1,050.00 EUR.

In the following you got all details to the match:

Football - Kickoff 04.05.16 12:30 CET AFC Champions League - Buriram United v Shandong Luneng 0-0 FT.

betslip id placed on stake price (decimal) bet
    6739**9 01.05.2016 11:17:49 2.00 11.50 1
    6739**3 01.05.2016 11:18:06 2.00 6.00 X
    6739**9 01.05.2016 11:20:13 123.00 11.50 1
    6739**3 01.05.2016 11:20:37 200.00 6.00 X
    6739**7 01.05.2016 11:20:53 33.00 6.00 X
All bets voided on 04.05.16 13:52:35 CET.

P.S.: If you are wondering about the strange staking: Bancobet had problems with their system while I was placing the bets.

/ I placed the same bets at seven other European Bookies. Not even one voided the bets.

I have not heard of them but you are welcome to fill in a complaint form and maybe SBR can help sort it out.

Are you sure they are calling it a bad line and not a listing error?

"odds were displayed wrongly" is kind of ambiguous about which it is.

Thanks for reply. I already did. I also reported the case to MGA and IBAS.

In fact those were exact the words the chat operator used (in German: "Unsere Buchmacher sagen, die Quoten wurden falsch angezeigt"; in English: "The bookies say the odds were displayed wrongly").

And that's just ridiculous because I placed severals bets with the same odds at seven other Bookies and no one voided. The odds were dropping gradually. Nothing wrong with starting odds. Buriram had zero points, Shandong Luneng 10 points. I had early information that Shandong would use second string because this match was a dead rubber.
