That timeframe used to be s.o.p. for them but for the first time in the years I've played there I've waited over 2 weeks at this point and get nothing but "processor delays" from CS. Complained enough for them to credit a $50 FP (10x roll but better than nothing I guess) so there's that. I'd guess they're still the site with the biggest target on their back by the DOJokers so hopefully it has more to do with that than anything else.

they said 72 hours so we shall see but they do this so that you'll gamble and hopefully lose. once your balance goes below the cashout amount, they'll cancel your cashout. then you have to redo the cashout process, rinse and repeat. bitcoin payouts should never take more than few hours but they have other motives.
