If you are in the USA or Canada you can link a bank account to Airbitz and cash out directly there.

They are not going to steal your money. If they do sue them and make money from the lawsuit.

You can set up a bank account solely for bitcoin transactions.

It is to verify and link your bank account faster instead of waiting a couple of days for trial deposits to verify.

It's a simple account verification. You input the account number and password and they query your bank to verify. They're not keeping a list of everyone's info to eventually clean out your accounts

I'd change the password after being accepted.

Glydera wouldn't allow me since I am in Florida

I never had to do this for Coinbase. Opened it several months ago though. I would of never given my bnking password etc... WOW. This is a surprise.

not a big deal. you just change the password right after. you eventually have to if you want to link your bank to coinbase. there is no other way.

same here, I did not have to give my banking login info at coinbase

You can wait a few days and get the small deposits to verify. It is just quicker to give them your info. They are not going to drain your bank account. PayPal does the same thing
