Not to sound like a jerk but that's why you never play with new books. That same girl used to call me and offer 200 percent bonuses. I actually almost deposited there but am glad I didn't.

I've been reading the posts about books having issues being able to send money and shouldn't have posted this thread.

Glad you got paid, and hopefully you will get the rest. However, given your experience, would it be safe to say once you get your $, you will think twice about depositing with this book again? There are so many books out there that you will never have to question getting paid. Betjaco will be obsolete soon,and your post will most likely save others from losing there $.

I'll play there again. I believe they are paying players. Some of the posters are employees of sports books or people doing charge backs.

I'll post again when I receive the rest of my withdrawal.

Glad to hear they finally looked after you, partly.

I get why you ask but we don't usually delete threads just because the issue is resolved. Plus it's probably better for the book if all the people who have viewed this are able to come back and see that it was all sorted out in the end. If it just disappears now they will be left thinking negatively. Shoot me a PM if you need to tell me more.

A sportsbook that discussed a $500 per week payment plan is not in a good financial state, and this should be a huge red flag. All it would take is one player to beat them up and they will go bye bye. However, I understand your stance in defending them as they still owe you money and you don't want to piss them off.

I would like to make something very clear, We haven't stop paying our customers, over the past month fatlefty has been paid over $2000US, if you note the past comments on this forum about Us our positive feedback speak for itself, it is true! we are a New Book but with over 15 years of experience 100% legitimate and honest, it is easy to come here and post about us but few of this customers won tell the true about all the *********** they have been doing to us, after all the services, withdrawals and bonuses we have provide them? as any other SportBooks we have our own Withdrawal Policy. And one last thing... we did a small investigation on few of the negative comments in here on this forum and some of this people work for other Book can we do something about this? We really think this is not professional at all. it is sad to see how few negative comments can make a book look bad when we have over 200 happy customers!

Hi Yenni,

SBR does not usually allow book reps to post on the forum but I will leave this one post here for you.

Not sure how you could identify SBR posters as being anyone, let alone other book reps, but rest assured I'll try to keep the threads fair and balanced.

As posted in another thread, I have only seen two legit complaints submitted so far. This fellow who sounds happy now and the other complicated one to which you refer (please get back to us about that one ASAP if you can)

I've already asked the negative posters to submit details and will keep an eye on their posts if they don't.

I have nothing but positives to say about betjaco. Yenny and the staff at betjaco offer great service, fast payouts and great value. I was paid over 5k by ****** within just a few days. I would tell any new customers not to hesitate to deposit with this book.

BetJaco is a joke for the hell of it, I called last week 2 times to see if anyone would answer it it went to a weird voicemail.... Good luck Yenny Jenny OR whatever you call yourself but this book is a joke starting from the name.... GL hope those with money in there can get it out safely

I missed this little gem. Which of the posters work for sportsbooks? That was a pretty small investigation.

Maybe if you did not offer money losing bonuses and call people up off a purchased phone list and could actually pay out when you lost on your guaranteed money losers, you might not have negative comments. How about going legit instead of spamming this board for deposits and then not being able to pay out?

I find it interesting that yenni has a comment coming from a lady that hangs up on people. She knows exactly what she is doing. This company also states they have paid me to sbr and nothing has been recieved. Looks like we have a company that is trying to cover tracks and getting caught in lies that they don't remember what they have said and who they are telling their payout issue story to.

I'm confused. It took over a month for them to pay you and you want to continue playing there? There are probably 30 or more better books that you don't have to worry about a payout.
