just finished in 2 place in they bracket challenge for 3000 freeplay there rules are at least 20 day of action since sept 2015 ive deposited or 500 in deposits since jan 1 . ive made 4 deposits since december so i call on first day of tourney to see if im elgible by phone for the prize i was told if we let you enter your elgible for prize. i tell them do i have 4 weeks action to make sure. he says yeah your good to go no worries. so i call again last week as i see i have a shot at this they say your good to go. i say your sure they said yes mind you ive made 4 deposits in that time frame so i believe im good so tourney ends yesterday today when i log on i see a message saying i,m was not elgible .so i freak out but then i log on and on and for the next 4 hours no such message. so i call in she tells me why you so worried your good to go money will be put in today or tomorrow so now after seeing that message this morning im freaked out . now mined you i have the phone records stating i am good and i qualify they better not come up with no b.s hope they dont but im very leary.

will let you know how it turns out but had three reps by phone state to me i qualified directly when i ask did i have the 4 weeks of action all told me i was good no one told me to deposit again to make the 500 or complete the 4 weeks hope its nothing and i,m good if so ill praise them but if they pull some b.s we going to have to go to the recordings. hoping for the best. money not in yet they say today or tomorrow. mind you i did call several times to confirm what was needed to be elgible each time i was told you good to go no issues or we would not have let you enter.Last edited by MIGUEL PEREZ; 04-05-16, 03:06 PM.Comment -
