SportsBetting.ag $10,000 Bracket Mayhem....Am i getting the run around or am i wrong?
Here are the terms and conditions for the contest.......

    Their sports betting rules....

    Basketball rules......

    My chat transcript.......

    info: Hi! Welcome to SportsBetting!
info: You are now chatting with 'Luke Turner'
info: Your Issue ID for this chat is
Luke Turner: Thank you for contacting Live Chat Service. How may I assist you today?
    Luke Turner: Hi Jason.
Jason: HI, I have questions about the $10,000 bracket challenge. Can you answer them?
    Luke Turner: Ok.
    Jason: You can?
    Luke Turner: Yes.
    Jason: Luke?
    Jason: Ok great!
    Luke Turner: ok.
Jason: I just looked at the standings and i qm in the top 4. 2 are tied 1st place with 74pts and 2 tied at 3rd with 72pts. I have a real shot at this. Question 1) general term #3 "In order to qualify for any prizes, your account must be active during the 2016 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament; placing at least $25 worth of real money sports and/or Financial wagers in each of the three weekends of the tournament." That is for the weekend starting 3/18 correct? and i have well over the $25 needed cprrect?
Luke Turner: Allow me a moment.
    Jason: ok
Luke Turner: the march madness started 2 weeks ago on the 12.
Luke Turner: every week you need to make a deposit of $25
    Jason: deposit or wagers?
    Luke Turner: wager sorry.
Jason: ok, am i in any way disqualified for winning a prize? Can you see my transactions?
Luke Turner: You can see your bets don't you?
    Jason: yes,
Jason: but i am confused because you stated the 12th but picks were only made between 3/13 - 3/17 " Contest will open Sunday, March 13, 2016 shortly after the Selection Show and closes Thursday, March 17, 2016 right before tip-off of the first game."
    Luke Turner: Ok.
Jason: So the 3 weekends start the 17th correct?
Luke Turner: Sorry the first weekend was the one of the 18th.
Jason: ok. phew, and the "weekend" os Fri, sat and Sunday correct?
    Jason: *is
    Luke Turner: Correct.
Jason: so between 18th - 20th i have aprox $40 in sport and financial wagers, so i am covered correct?
    Luke Turner: Yes.
Jason: OK, so by the 3-27-2016 i need $25 or more in sport wagers/financials to stay qualified correct?
    Luke Turner: Correct.
Jason: and then $25 between 4-1-2016 and 4-3-2016 to be covered and stay qualified correct?
    Luke Turner: correct.
Jason: And it can be any sport wager? Meaning all $25 doesn't have to be NCAA only
Luke Turner: It has to be on ncaa.
    Jason: all $25/
Luke Turner: That is at least $25.
Jason: "In order to qualify for any prizes, your account must be active during the 2016 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament; placing at least $25 worth of real money sports and/or Financial wagers in each of the three weekends of the tournament." It doesnt specify that anywhere, it says $25 of real money sports or financial
Luke Turner: Correct those are the terms and conditions of the Madness promotion.
Jason: So i am confused. Its a total of $25 or more on any sports wager or financial. correct?
Luke Turner: Financial means deposit and correct it is at least $25
Luke Turner: again you are still reading the terms and conditions of the march madness promotion.
Jason: Correct, it says sports or financial wager. Nowhere does it say making a deposit (for financial, it reads making a wager in your financial book), or that $25 exclusively on NCAA(March Madness) wagers
Jason: The way i read it, i should be fine, But thats why i am asking if you can confirm that i am still eligible.
Luke Turner: Ok, lets do this get in contact with us after 8am EST request to speak with a supervisor so you can get the rest of the information.
    Jason: You cant answer this?
Luke Turner: Im giving you the answer but you are saying that the way you read it, you should be fine.
Jason: Then what is the answer, That $25 has to be bet on NCAA?
    Luke Turner: correct.
    Jason: Where is that stated?
Luke Turner: you are reading it.
Jason: And what is the supervisor's name?
    Luke Turner: Brandon.
Jason: ok, i will reach out for Brandon. But i feel like you dont want to answer the question. Ty for your time.
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to at the end of your chat.
Luke Turner: no problem i gave you the answer.

Thoughts??? Can anyone help me or am i out of line? I can also provide leader board link and my transactions if needed.

So i am DQ'd since i made $40 in sport wagers/financial wagers but only $17 of it was NCAA that weekend? I read it as any sports or financial wager's. That would really suck. and its only the weekend wagers, any during the week dont count it seems.

Why did you go asking to start with?

Like you said the terms you posted sound like you are good to go.

Where did you get the idea it may need to be ncaa bets only before speaking to this guy?

Agree, this was borrowing trouble - you've met the requirement for weekend #1. We showed management the thread, you've got $0 so far for the second weekend period (March 24 to March 27). Best of luck to you!

Op worried about making a $25 a weekend threshold during March Madness. Now I know why he calls himself broke homie.

The $25 was the least of my worries, $25,$250,$2500 is a few clicks away. It was the false information and then vague answers i was believing to be getting, and after a phone call and email (which i just listened to and read now) from a higher up my concerns were verified.
A family emergency came up that Sunday, so the tournament was the last thing i was thinking about anymore, and wound up Kansas stuck it to me anyway. Finally, yes the word "correct" was used often. But according to Attorney's, who specializes in business texts, email, electronic documenting etc, "Depending on the answers to the way questions are asked, can make the issue binding or not" under the Uniform ElectronicTransaction Act. Under the Act, a recordor signature may not be denied legal effector enforce ability solely because it is inelectronic form, or because an electronicrecord was used in its formation. Simplyput, where parties agree to conduct theirbusiness by electronic means, then theperson seeking to enforce the agreementcan show both the content and signatureby the electronic record. I was trying to cover my ass by not agreeing to vague or false answers.
Anyway, its water under the bridge. No skin lost and i learned a good lesson being so green to on line sports books. I will continue to keep them as my top "Poker" and now "Sport Book" skins.
Thank you for the replies as i got a laugh from a few also.

                    Good Luck,
