I bet on a match that should have taken place 48 hours ago. Now the game is slated to begin a whole 24 hours after the first 48 hour delay. Now it is expected to be 4 additional days of rain so the game may not even finish. I asked nitro to cancel this bet and they declined citing x rule. However i have had a tennis wager canceled if it is not completed within 24 hours. The admin named goku has agreed on this issue and rule about cancelling tennis bet if it takes longer than 24 hours to complete. Im on hour 48 with an additional 24 to go before an additional 4 days of rain. All i ask is for nitro to cancel this bet as they have done so and confirmed by goku in the past. Can sbr contact them or help? Or do they just pump up shite shops like 1vice and let the true player suffer.

I cant get over the fact Optional said i was trying to circumvent the rules which is bullshit and very unprofessional of him saying that without knowing the facts at hand. Im a big fan of yours tryx3 . Maybe sbr can resolve this. The biggest pain is the fact nitro says they never cancel tennis after 24 hours when indeed they have for me and several other nitro players. The point im trying to make is that they indeed cancel tennis if the match is delayed for over 24 hrs. Yet within the rules it doesnt state that. Yet it has been done and confirmed by an administrator himself 'Goku' . I personally have had 2 tennis wagers canceled for LESS time than the 72 hours im about to wait. Also other players at nitro can confirm the same thing. Im not saying i want them to look away and not follow the rules. All i want them to do is cancel my bet the same way they canceled my other tennis bets in the past if they take longer rhan 24 hrs to finish.Comment -

Tennis gets delayed a lot. Demanding that they should have to cancel your bets because they did it in the past is the exact reason many books refuse to consider any requests for cancels. And saying this will almost always result in the book refusing to budge.
And also, having done it for you in the past is often the reason books give for not doing it again..Comment -
We've asked Nitrogen about the alleged inconsistent grading of their delayed tennis matches in the past, as the posted rules on tennis are pretty clear:
