Bitcoin Coinbase How do I get my money into my bank account?

Do you guys use your everyday checking accounts to link with coinbase or do you open up new accounts just for bitcoin use? I guess what I am trying to say is that is it secure to link my checking account that I use regularly with coinbase?

I have my everyday checking (over 10 years) linked with CoinBase when I buy/sell. You can add security features to unlock access to your phone and confirm you are authorizing the transactions. Haven't had any issues.

I do this almost everyday, no problem whatsoever. I have 2 bank accounts and split it up just in case.
