In the cashier click on bitcoin deposit option. At the bottom there is a promotion called 100bit5 or something along those lines. You might have to use scroll down arrows if it's not one of the three you see right away.

Instead of trying to roll over bonuses does anyone just move it to another account by betting both sides. To the bonus book / casino you lost it all and I've found they will offer more bonuses to keep you depositing. You withdraw from your other book / casino without the limitations.

To do that you need to know the winning side.

If you know the winning side just bet that at both books.

It doesn't come with some risk but you can do it relatively easy. Even losing 10-15% in the process isn't terrible.
