5dimes incorrect superbowl prop grading

So i bet 942 Any other Coldplay song first at half -285*<small style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">vs</small> "Yellow" is first Coldplay song at half. Coldplay CLEARLY started with Viva la Vida and didnt even perform Yellow at all

So 5Dimes graded this as a loss somehow. Live chat gives me this bs response "Hi, good evening sir, I'm the person in charge for Wagering at this moment, the wager it's graded correctly, as the previous clerk informed you, we do not grade according to any source, we were watching the show, they started with Yellow"

Is there anything I can do?

I learned my lesson a few years ago when a heap of us on here were debating the colour of fricken Gatorade poured on the coach's head. No one - including the books - could figure it out at first because it was diluted or some nonsense. Now whenever I bet them it's for like $10 max so if I lose like I invariably do on some technicality, it doesn't sting that much.

I never like to play props anymore after my shit experience because the books always hold the leverage and you won't get the benefit of the doubt. It's a lose-lose in my opinion.

They never play full songs at the halftime shows. If they did, you'd only get to hear 2 songs before time is up.

the rules of such bets need to clarify what constitutes a song ... imho one line NO, one full verse at least

but frankly I have no sympathy for people betting on such nonsense

there are people who know the program in advance and what's going to be played, worn etc
