    Have a few question.

    How's their customer service?

    Do they pay fast?

    How does their bonus work?

I read upon and it seem like a release bonus?

So if you say deposit 1btc. You dont get a matching bitcoin immateriality? You earn it as you wager more?

Been a 'technical issue' with the betting interface for a while and we remain unsure if it is an intentional collar mechanism or just errors.

They have been slow addressing issues.

A few forum threads bitching about them as well if you do a search.

Sometimes withdrawals are immediate and sometimes it will take 1 day. It's much more likely to be immediate than a day. Optional's link posts some of their problems. Email response can be very fast or it can take 2 days on weekends.

Normally bitcoin books are totally anonymous. Although I haven't heard of this being used, their rules state that they have the right to ask you for personal information prior to getting a withdrawal.

They use a formula to release their bonus instead of the normal free play or cash bonus. You get .01 BTC for every 800 loyalty points. It's tough for the average bettor to get much of a bonus but here's the formula for those that would like to calculate it.

      • Loyalty points = stake (in mBTC) x price score (up to 1)
      • The price score is the square root of the odds, minus one (decimal odds). The maximum price score is 1.

Does anybody know where Cloudbet get their live soccer odds from? Or do they deal them by themselves?
They have so many games, even from very unknown leagues, it looks almost impossible that they do this with their own traders only? Does anybody know this please?

The error messages were taking place before the new system took effect, but only on certain accounts who were limited like mine.

I had my live limits slashed to peanuts and was promised they'd be raised by a manager when the new system was live. It has been live for a couple months now and I have been flat out ignored by a manager who I will keep nameless (for now) for about a month now. I plan on putting out a full report on cloudbet soon.

Like almost all live betting books now, they use a third party that handles it.

Like rangerz said they don't use their own traders for soccer. They recently switched odds providers increasing their margins. I'm not sure who they clone.

Would love to see your report.

While you gain "loyalty points" and in turn btc to your account are you still free to withdraw at anytime? Or is the BTC locked till all money is released.
