Hi, folks.
It's been a while since my last thread, but so far everything went smoothly for me and my associates, who I refer as a Skrill affiliate partner. My referals avoided betting in bookies with bad reputation, so there was no need to complain. Just minor issues, which were solved in live chats.
But from the start of 2016 something has changed in Bet365 policy. They started not just limiting players, but also asking for multiple verification measures. It's their right to do so, but they block your account after initially you had received from them the letter, where they confirmed that your account had been verified.
One of my referals recently contacted me and complained that Bet365 verified the account at first and she even could withdraw some money, but it's in 2016 that they just suddenly blocked the account (after you won and decided to withdraw) and you find out only in live chat (they don't inform you about the suspension of your account via e-mail) that your account is blocked only because they decided to verify your identity more. Ok, no problem. They asked my referal to send the photo with her passport in hands. After she sent them this photo there was no answer for 5 days, and she decided to contact live chat again and this time she was told to provide them with the alternative form of ID and also with the PVC code, which they sent to her address.
Do you think it's fair to block accounts after the message that your account was verified previously? And also if they want to check something additionally, why blocking account? Why not letting the player to continue gambling while waiting for this PVC code etc. ?
If somebody can help in this case please give some advise, because I checked this information and some other guys also report the same problems with BET365 from the end of 2015 and start of 2016. So far nobody received that PVC code...My referal is waiting, but I think 2 weeks is the maximum time to get that letter. And what to do if there will be no letter from them?
Thank you.
