i had betonline affiliate account,and not received earnings,they closed account because of bonus abusers,players who took bonuses,they sending emails to players with bonus offers but when its time to pay you are bonus abuser.

It's pretty normal to be cut from affiliate programs for sending unproductive traffic. And even without looking at their terms I am certain you will find they have multiple clauses about referring too many bonus abusers or fraudulent players... as well as a clause allowing them to terminate you without explanation if they wish.
They all do.
And this happens to almost everyone at some stage if you work a lot of programs. Sometimes you just pick up the 'wrong' SERP and end up sending a lot of people from one country or interest group that suck.
