Update - I'm supposed to receive $500 per week until my balance is done. Have not received anything this week and today is a ' holiday' down there so I'm sure I won't receive it today

This is 2 days in a row where Yenni is not answering the phone.

She should be contacting me with the payout info and apologizing.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen in a sportsbook and I've been gambling online since the late 90s

There are several reports of slow pays by this book

Can I get some help here SBR? I've already done the complaint form.

I have also been contacted repeated by betjaco earlier in the year. Thought it was sketchy and decided to wait for reports. Glad I did. Thanks for the updates fatlefty.

This site has absolutely the worst customer service with yenni. Not sure if she is the only employee honestly. She will rush u off the phone not call back. She took my ** deposit I requests a payout over two weeks now no response and states payouts w supervisor. Who is he? This company seems like they can not payout. Big red flag. They owe me thousands.

The post about getting paid 1000 right now. Seems like the only person having any resolve to getting paid is fatlefty. What is your secret since u are the only 1 out of 10 people that are getting anything positive with a payout.

He's telling truth I believe. If that is what you are getting at.

I appreciate your advice. I know that what I am experiencing is very unprofessional and this company took my 700 deposit very easily and I can get any update on my payout of 2k. They are waiting for me to play out money so they don't have to pay me. Very sad deal this company scammed me and they are not going to make right on this. Unfortunate. They have no communication especially yenni. Be very careful with this organization if u are looking to do business with them.

It is pretty interesting on the excuses this company has to address payouts. 5 dimes issue, accounts being frozen but the company keeps taking new players and will wait for u to play out your money and not honor the payout u request. Yenni hung up on me when I asked who is in the charge of payouts. She stated 3 owners will not provide any information and she will not answer my call now. Actions speak louder than words. Seems like bet jaco is there to take deposits and not pay or pay out who they want.

Still nothing and they are informing sbr they are paying me. Supervisor Chris is telling the guys at sbr they are paying and not the case. Honesty is not their policy apparently

The truth is coming out little by little with yenni and the operation of betjaco. This company is a hustle to take your money and they think I am going to go away quietly not the case. They are stealing money from good people and sbr is giving us a great environment to expose them because they have honestly screwed me out of thousands of dollars. Cutting lines not paying out man the list goes on and on not to mention hanging up on me as a client and responses on emails good luck with that. They are a scam.

Betjaco has resolved or given explanation for all but one case submitted to SBR now.

Fatlefty was paid and I believe is happy now.

Lakers24 bet out his balance before the 20 day hold period Betjaco impose on withdrawals.

One long time poster is left in dispute with them and we are working to try to resolve that argument. It's not a simple case and neither party appears to want the details publicized. But for now, BetJaco appear to be doing their best to solve all issues fairly.
