re: bwin fraudsters have stolen my money
Sorry Guys,
Me yesterday
Me today
This is a long post. If even one person reads it and spreads the word I will be happy and so should they if it saves them getting stroked. I am raging.
After posting my
disastrous experience with Bwin yesterday on a thread of murltles the situation has become much worse. It is likely that Bwin are clever cheats- and do it in a way that it's almost impossible to prove. NEVER BET WITH THEM OR TAKE THINGS THEY SAY AT FACE VALUE.
1.Yesterday Bwin took £600 deposit from me. after one bet of £82 they said i had reached my daily limit.
2. So I wait until today (24 hours) to place my second bet. After exactly 24 hours my account suddenly says 'Account Closed'
3. Now the event I initially wanted to wager the £600 on is likely to be over...
Just withdraw your money you say?? I cant.
Their system requires my account to be open again. To do this they need my id. Problem is their system will not accept any uploaded ids either via the site or via email- TRY DOING IT NOW YOURSELF IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME.
4. They cannot confirm if or when my account will reopen as their crack security boys are conducting an investigation ( you will feel like a worthy criminal when they tell you this
).
Bwin have confirmed that they cannot return the money to my card anyway, as Maestro (and ********** also i think) do not allow them to put money back on!! Happy days says the Bwin board of executives
. nice one miguel- nice one Arnie
5. They've covered their backs even further- Even if Maestro did allow them to credit money back onto cards they cant return it because I have to gamble it- even though the event I wanted to punt on is almost definitely going to be over by the time they reopen the account- if they do reopen it at all. Even if your chosen event wasn't over, they have now bought themselves time to change the odds in their favour
, as they know the chosen event you are about to bet on . . . They have also bought themselves a lot of time to play with your money. Imagine the amount of money they hold each week due to their 'Security Team's investiagations'
. . . get a life you thieves- It's certainly enough to sponsor world class football teams and buy a small country.
6. You must gamble in tiny increments of £80. This guarantees that they'll win over the long term if a £3k max monthly limit is spread out over all these tiny bets.
nice one motzart
)
Is this really a bookmaker? What risks are they actually taking?
7. They invite you to read their LATEST terms and conditions EVERY time you bet
. Check that out.
It's an insult to an experienced gamblers intelligence. So you mean you keep changing your terms and conditions? Why? Who has time to re-read these every day?? No one else keeps changing them.
I have spotted and brought to their attention that their t's and c's clearly state that a member chooses his own stake . . . limited only by 10,000 per day payout limit. They havent replied yet . . . but wouldn't be surprised if they're changin it now...
Bwin told me yesterday that they are orientated towards small, inexperienced european gamblers- not experienced UK ones. I wish they'd told me before my deposit.
Anyway, if anybody out there thinks that Bwin are fair, then I think they need a good slap about the chops. Too many people are having too many problems. Expect to get screwed BEYOND BELIEF- you wont believe it til it happens- but then they've tempted you with the odds, got you by the balls while they think of an excuse to keep your money and take £17 for making the transaction.
At least there are the premium rate phonecalls to gibralter to look forward to.
Now where's the smiley with his pants round his ankles. . ?
Mark.
