Book for US Citizen Living Overseas?
Hello all, I have a buddy who is a US citizen, but living permanently overseas. He is getting into this bad habit we all participate in, and I told him I would at least get him some of the best outs to check out.

I know for us US people, 5Dimes is one of our few quality outs...but what are the rules for books like Pinny for a US dude living overseas? (He has a drivers license in his foreign country for proof, if that matters)

Or maybe he should stick with 5D...

    Thoughts?

It does not matter if he is a US citizen. If he is outside USA the local laws apply.

He might need more than a drivers license if any questions come up though. Should make him aware that if KYC checks go past the basic stuff he might be asked for a utility bill, bank statement or stuff like that that shows he is resident there.

If he cant do that... do not deposit with a card (or any method that could ever be reversed) and dont take a bonus, then extra KYC checks are less likely to ever come up. Or tell him to email the book and get a written reply that he is allowed before joining.

Also warn him to withdraw everything before heading back to the states too.

I would tell him to sign up here and open accounts with some of the sbr sponsors via an sbr link so he can take advantage of the sportsbook cash in the store. It's basically free money.

Sounds like the US citizen part is irrelevant. He can bet anywhere with that ID and country address... Assuming he is not in a Russia or France.
