Bookmaker wrongly limited my account due to deposit confusion
A few months ago I deposited using the C C. I was told that it was pre-approved and that I needed to call the bank in order to get the money into my account. I have done this before and it's a pain the ass because the bank starts asking all kinds of questions. To avoid all this I had the transaction canceled. I then tried to deposit using the M G method and it went through.

A few weeks later Bookmaker says I need to pay them the money because I had the transaction canceled. When I used the C C they never put any money into my account like I said above. They limited my account now even though I owe them $0 money.

Dude all you have to say when you call the bank is that you make a lot of online purchases and a lot of them are based in Canada and have them remove the international restriction and reset your card. I do it all the time

Ok but in this case doing that won't resolved my issue with bookmaker. They now want a bank statement. They should have it in their records when someone deposited money and what source it came from. I am done with them if this is gonna be such a big issue. This is amateur stuff.

It's probably not as simple as you imagine for them to access and reconcile banking records fast. Especially if they use a third party to process payments.

If this were me I would be making sure this gets sorted out properly as my first priority. You could easily end up on a blacklist for cancelling a deposit like that. I'd want to give them that statement fast to make sure they believe me before worrying about anything else.

If you think you need any help sorting it out, shoot in a complaint form http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

That's the only thing I'm worried about. I will send them a screen shot with all personal info blocked out.
