Is Action24 a scam sportsbook? No contact, No response, No payout

I signed up with Action24.com a week ago. Then deposited 500 EUR by Skrill and placed 5 multibets on some sports. The problem is they don't response the messages I send them by email and from their website form as well. It looks like there is no any customer service at all there. I send them my documents every day to verify my account information by email and via the upload page of the website. But there was no any response yet. So I can't request a payout since the withdrawal page is inactive.
I did not receive any bonus from them. My total winning is of €13 only. The account is active but I don't mind what to do and how to get back my money. Is there any other way to contact them? There are only two email addresses on their website page https://action24.com/en-gb/Page/ImprintContact , no livechat or phone numbers.

Sounds dodgy Winpro but they do seem to have a couple of sites so maybe thee is an explanation.

The SBR help is very fast and useful. The Action24 Customer Care has just contacted me at last. I hope there will be no more troubles with them now. Thank you very much.

But the story has not ended yet. The website action24.com is out "under maintenance" from yesterday. That appeared just after they sent me an email informing that my documents have been approved and I can request a payout. I don't mind what are they doing with the website for such a long time. I hope they will be up soon and kindly ask SBR to keep in touch with them.

Thank you for the support. Despite their website is still down and nobody knows if it'll be ever up again, they have paid out my balance manually. Thus the Action24 is not a scam, but I would not recommend you to deal with them. The risk is very high.
