I just heard about it in the last couple of days too.

Due to a player complaint about their bonus being cancelled for irregular betting patterns.

In discussions with them now but so far all they are saying is the same no-info tripe they gave the player.

I would avoid for now but will update with outcome for your info.

In the complaint mentioned above Vitalbet were insistent that the player's betting patterns were irregular but refused to discuss the issue further.

I've seen one other complaint since which Vitalbet did discuss, because they had plenty of evidence of multi accounting in that case.

Hard to draw much of a conclusion from those interactions but they reply fast to emails and are confident in their decisions from the way they speak. They run the shop like they plan to last. Can't say how honest or safe they might be really though.
