    betdsi phantom deposit?
I got woken up by an email saying my deposit of $500 had been approved

I login to my betdsi account (have not logged in for about 45 days or so) and there is $500 in my account

I check for deposit history to see where the money came from and there is a log but no reference number or *********** number. It literally just says "RECEIPT" and $500

I check my ************ no charges

I go on live chat he says he can't figure it out and to call back after 5AM PST when the *********** guys come in

Needless to say, I changed my password immediately. But I cant figure out what the heck has happened. Has anyone else seen something like this happen?

My deposits are usually for $500, but my last one was 45 days ago and I hadnt logged into my account since I blew through that. But I have never disputed or charged back or anything like that on any sportsbook.

    Anyone?

Sounds like an error from their payment processor. Sending a deposit confirmation twice.

Be pretty weird if someone hacked your account to make a deposit

Well they didn't send confirmation twice cause there is $500 in my account that I haven't paid for

Luckily I'm not touching it since it isn't mine as far as I can tell

Hopefully it will end up as yours. Or a freeplay for reporting it. ;-)

Apart from being the right thing to do, if he bets it and loses it his account will just end up negative if/when they did see the error. and if he won with it there is a chance they would realize at withdraw time and cancel all the bets. He'd be risking free rolling himself.

hope the op gets treated right for not doing what has been suggested. just keeping it. it's just wrong and will probably end up badly for him as optional said.. nspa87 you did the right thing now lets hope the sportbook does and generously rewards you.
