hi i won 38563 euros on gamebookers.com i requested full payout today i checked my account they put back 19543 back on my account i called support and say why they said to me i must w8 one month before to withdraw the remaining funds and my 18000 request will be processed but in there site it says i can withdraw the full amount do they have the right to do this ty in advance for answer

That's for US companies to declare you are paying tax in your foreign jurisdiction so no US tax is required.
Very weird! Bwin who own them are nothing to do with the USA as far as I know.
But as JJ says, it does sound like they plan to pay you and that is more important than what they might be allowed to do or not..Comment -
