I've always been quite limited by 5Dimes, very soon after i opened an account with them my account was limited to about 55 usd max on most of my bets. That's quite low, but enough to continue enjoying placing bets with them. And so that regularly happened i made new deposits at 5dimes. I recently made 2 deposits of 500 euros on 5 dimes (that's 2 times rollover on deposit). I place some few more bets after my 2 last deposits and , bad surprise, i was severely limited to about 16 usd max per bet that time ! As you can imagine i didn't find anymore interest in keeping money with a bookmaker that limits me to 16 usd max, so i submitted withdrawal request for my remaining balance, about 1250 usd. But my withdrawal request was declined as i was told i had first to satisfy rollover conditions on my last deposits . I'm missing about 1400 usd to complete the rollover. I know the rule and i find it normal bookmakers impose rollover on deposits, but can a book limit you to 16 usd max per bet and impose you all the same to rollover 1400 usd?? I could consider limiting me that way so severely is a way to prevent me from satisfying rollover conditions ! Of course i could complete rollover, but that would be very long ! And if 5dimes limits me to 16 usd per bet, that means they want me to go and place bets in another place, that's a polite way to tell me "go away", so why do they impose me their rollover ? Do you find that rollover is fair considering my very very low max per bet? Shouldn't they make exception and not apply rollover conditions??

As far as I know they dont limit anyone for just going on a streak. Or even just for winning. Plenty of people have attested to being well ahead against 5D and not having restrictions.

I'm starting to think you might be right. Well one of the sharper ones anyway.
Although I also have to say his 'naivety' about how books treat punters who shoot angles makes me think he must be pretty new at this too.
@zlatan25, you should take these incidents as a learning experience and work out how to avoid it as best you can in the future. Losing Pinny and 5D in the same week is a big blow to any punter and really is evidence you are getting it wrong somewhere..Comment -

Yea, I am thinking the same, why would a very advanced sharp gambler try to take a bonus with a soft bookie like 5D. Taking bonuses and trading them out on early odds (off market) will just close your account or bring severe limits after few bets. An experienced pro should know it. Dont even take a bonus if you can make money by trading their lines.Comment -

I never take any bonus with bookmakers. In my mind the simple fact to accept bonus means you may have issues later, so i systematically refuse bonus from bookmakers, and when they automatically credit it all the same, i contact CS so that they cancel the bonus before starting betting. You can request it all out but you will be penalized with an extra 5% administration fee. Or you complete the rollover but the limits will stay where they are .

Wow such a bitch. This is just stupid. If a bookie limits an account to 10$ stakes or w/e why would they allow 1K deposits? Why they limit people without even emailing them about it? There should be at least a warning when depositing that hes limited to X$ stakes.Comment -
It seems 5dimes became back more reasonable: i didn't even submitted any new withdrawal request, but was surprised to receive that email! :

It is absolutely unacceptable for an A+ rated bookie. It is a dishonest practice what happened to Zlatan on 5D. SBR should really downgrade the ratings for them.
