Marathonbet closes account due to technical issues

Hello, srry for my bad english but its not my mother languague.

The case started 3 days ago: I recognized that my account was added with 300€ more. So i decided to wait and go sleeping. (it was very late).

On the next day, i wanted to log in, but i only got the message: Your account is blocked, please contact the customer support.

So i contacted the customer support, told them the problem with the 300€ the credited too much into my account and asked them, why is my account locked.

The support said me, that the are having a technical issue and it will be fixed soon.
Ok i thought maybe the will need one day to fix it.

Today 3 days later, i tried to log in again. Same answer, so i contacted the live chat again.

"The relevant department is working to fix that technical issue. Your account will be reopened soon."

What is marathonbet meaning with soon ?? Maybe weeks, or months ?

I am a little bit scared of my money on the marathonbet account ( xxxx euros)

Anyone other the same problem?

Its not acceptable to need more than 3 days to fix a technical problem.
