10bet welcome bonus trapped my winnings
    Hi guys,

I registered a new account on 10bet, and made a 200 euro deposit. I used the welcome bonus code when I made the deposit. For my country, I have to place a bet with at least 3 selections and with odds of at least 1.6 or over per selection in order to receive the bonus. I placed a bet that did not qualify for the bonus, as I had a selection with 1.52 odds, and I won the bet. My balance became 1754.67 euro. Then, I placed a second 200 euro bet, which I lost, but which activated the bonus. My balance became 1654.67 euro, out of which 1554.67 is shown as withdrawable, and 100 euro is the bonus. However, I was informed by an advisor that if I attempt to withdraw the money, I will lose all the winnings, because I did not complete the bonus rollover. I explained that the money was won before the bonus became active, and that it shows as withdrawable in my account, but he insisted that once the bonus is activated, all the winnings, no matter if won from the bonus or not, will be canceled.

I personally think this is a scam, and I am looking for a solution. I never encountered such a situation, most of the sportsbooks cancel the bonus itself if the conditions are not fulfilled, but I never heard of a sportsbook to wipe money that were won with my own money, without the bonus being active.

I am really desperate, and I need your help, it is a pretty large sum of money for me.

    Thank you.

PS: Attached you have some screenshots:

LE: Here is the reason why the bonus was not activated right after the deposit, allowing me to place a bet without using the bonus:
    1. Players from Armenia, Belarus, China, Czech Republic, Georgia, Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Uzbekistan and countries not mentioned in the T&C must roll over the deposit once to release the bonus and wager both the deposit and the bonus 8 times on 3-selection combo bets at odds of at least 1.60 per selection.

    I must be missing something?
Why can't you still play the bonus?

Did you ask them to cancel your bonus?

If you requested a bonus with the deposit then it is normal to expect you to complete rollover before withdrawing, whatever extra conditions are associated with it for your country.

If they allowed you to simply cancel the bonus after winning your first bet then everyone would be doing that.

In order to receive the bonus, you have to make a deposit, and place a qualifying bet. After you place the qualifying bet, you have to rollover the bonus plus deposit 8 times. I won 1700 euro BEFORE placing the qualifying bet, thus before any bonus was being applied to my account. It seems like these guys won't allow you to withdraw anything if there is any promotion taking place. If I would have deposited 10 000 euro after my first deposit, I would not be able to withdraw it, because the first deposit bonus was active.

Yes that is correct. A new deposit would also be stuck until rollover is complete.

It doesn't matter if you had not completed the 1x pre bonus release. The bonus conditions were agreed to when you input the bonus code. You can't expect to be allowed to cancel the bonus deal just because you win the first bet.
