ok its been 2 weeks now since this all began. While bwin seem to be making progress SLOWLY, promising to transfer the balance of my account, they have advised in their latest email that I just have to "remain patient" and wait for their appropriate department to investigate.
What the hell could they possibly need to investigate. They had all my details from the very beginning.
Anyway all I can do is sit here awaiting the next round of emails and trying to remain patient !!!
Easy for bwin to say when its not their money that's gone missing.
