Got a 50 dollar freebet voucher that everyone's been complaining about.called in 2 times before I used it to make sure,because I have not deposited there in years because of the low rating.i talked to 2 clerks they said perfectly fine to use 10x roll 250 max cash out. I won the voucher worked the 50 to 350 we'll on my way actually had serena williams to lose at 850 to 1 for 25 on live wagering.call in after I win to ask for future payouts because I actually might dep if the payout goes smoothly,sure enough an Australian guy comes on like he's monitoring my acct and said when you have gotten 1 or 2 vouchers in the past a 3rd cannot be used I then have to deposit and roll 350 plus 350 10 times or forfeit my winnings.why not tell me this when I called the day before,he said it's stated under the rules sbr I'm asking do I have a complaint here the guy is stubborn can't get anywhere with him.

Books don't tend to honor what CS or sales people say if it is different to the published rules. But it sounds like you have a case on the basis of fairness at very least.

I usually shy away from books that only offer phone numbers and no chat for this reason. I like to get it in writing, and the liveperson chat gives you the option to send a copy of the chat to your email. If a bonus is involved and I can only get the terms over the phone it's a big red flag for me.

They give out these free vouchers as a free shot to have people deposit.if the rule states that at the site they should of told me before I kept winning.why am I at fault for a mistake there clerks did how do I know the manager isn't lying.

How exactly does abusing the voucher work, they are the one giving it out for free either from the email , mail or a phone call from one of the agent , they will bug every hour just to take advantage of the Free Voucher ( thats there words) then when u start winning after how many free bet or freeplay that they gave to customer after annoying series contacts, then client are penalizes for it , BETUS marketing department should re think the situation

Sbr forum before I used the voucher I called to verify the terms and conditions,and they said i needed to do a 10x roll 250 max cash no deposit.i was never told I had to deposit, I was told this after my balance kept going up.i have not deposited since 2006 because of the low rating here at sbr.they want me to deposit the 358 I won plus my 358 and roll it 10 more times,obviously they want people to lose.its the principal of what they told me before I started that's when they should of told me the rule.i have to eat there mistake penetrate them.

Sbr was no help at all with this situation basically I've come to realize even if an A rated place doesn't want to pay sbr can't do anything about it.its a risk us players take

In a perfect world, they should just honor the $50 free play and payout your winnings without "strings". but lets be realistic, regardless of what you were told by the CS agent on the phone, they're not going to just give money to a bonus/freeplay whore. if you are a regular player, that's one thing. but, if you just try to take advantage of an offer clearly not meant for you (unless you plan on doing a deposit), then you would do best to just ignore it. if they aren't good enough for you to do a deposit there, then they shouldn't be good enough to play there at all.

You should have known they are a scum-bag book when seeing the 20X deposit bonus with the 2500X rollover........these guys have been a trash book forever (or longer).....LOL
