Sportsbettingonline.ag Is Stealing My Money

Hello,
I made a request for $849 at this site and they are rejecting it because they are telling me I used the $55 before it went in my account. They said they put the funds in advance and then they are telling me after 2 weeks I used it. Then I see Vanessa(from payouts), who took the money out 2 weeks ago,but first said there was an issue now. I asked them to show me proof of me doing it and all they came back with is a site the card was used on,but not my name on it. After all that has transpired I get an email from the manager Dave saying this:

Sportsbettingonline.ag is horrible, sister site to betowi.. Absolutely no reason to ever play at these sites. They are clearly playing games, no reason to not pay you. It's there fault for crediting your account, this shows sportsbetting.ag can't afford 849 dollars

I have received numerous payouts from betowi no problem. I only play with them sometimes because I like their deposit options. They offer things most books don't when it comes to deposits and payouts.

Am I correct in understanding that your deposit wasn't honored by your card provider? So sportsbettingonline cancelled all your bets from that deposit two weeks later?

What is the bit about your card being used at another book? Are sportsbettingonline saying this is proof you intentionally stiffed them or something?

Hello Optional,and thank you. At the time(2 weeks ago),along with multiple previous deposits, all were honored by sportsbook(until I requested these 2 payouts, 1 for $349,another for $500). Sportsbettiingonline is telling me that the card was used at a horse site(which I asked them so show me proof that it was me who did it,which they couldnt). In fact Vanessa of payouts(2 weeks ago), took the money out(the money from last deposit), so knew there was an issue,but never said anything until the payout.

OIC, this was one use deposit card/voucher and they are saying you spent it elsewhere but you say you didn't.

It was a prepaid **** card. I only used that several times. Also, they said I requested by phone to advance me the funds first(which isnt true), as I havent spoke on the phone with someone since yesterday for the first time. Not that I have power to convince the book to front me the money before they receive the funds,but at no time did I request it. Obviously they dont think too bad of this situation as they still want my business,as you can see in the email from Dave(the GM),just dont want to fork over the $849.

We will ask SBonline how this works and to be able to show you more of what they believe happened. Fronting money on a preloaded card just seems like a bad idea in the first place. Youd think the house would want to give someone who isnt first time depositor benefit of the doubt and as a player, we wouldnt advise anyone to play until the funds have cleared. This was a weekly complaint in the days of eChecks and the slower process.

SBonline is saying this has happened in the past with my cards, but wasnt an issue until I made a payout. I never asked once,on phone or by email for them to front me the money. Below you will see Vanessa took the funds out of my account after it was deposited. Not until the payout, was this an issue.

Yeah really fair of Mr. Johnson, waiting 2 weeks after my deposit(when requesting a payout), to find an excuse not to pay me. He is even willing to let deposit and keep playing in his sportsbook after all what has transpired, how gracious of him.

The player was found to have made an insufficient deposit. The money he was wagering with was basically monopoly money. The book never received the funds. We are told it has occurred more than once and the player has had his account closed as a result.
