Bookmaker.eu - Bonuses only for USA and Canada

I signed up for this website so I could make SBR pro, it's the first "US" book I've signed up at.
I deposited $600 expecting a 50% sign up bonus but live chat told me that bonuses are for US and Canadian customers only, despite it saying nothing about this on their site.
Has it always been like this at Bookmaker?
Do other "US" books limit bonuses to US and Canadian customers?

since it doesn't state - US CANADIANS ONLY - you should get the bonus. but they won't even give you any compensation for the miscommunication. never liked the book. i think they were nickel and diming people when no one else did it. ask for your money back and play elsewhere. the problem with that is i'm sure they will want not only a fee for the return of funds but probably another fee for closing the account. good luck.
