Hi. My friend lives in my same apartment and wants to open an account at the same place I play at. If he uses strictly verizon wireless through his cell phone can the website know that he getting from the same location?

I use use the wifi connection via local lan. He would be using a different address etc.

If you are both genuine I'd suggest emailling the book and asking them if they will allow you both to play if you live together. This way if anything goes wrong later you have some documentation that it was approved.

They may allow it but might disable bonuses for one account and warn you not to use both accounts to bet more than a market max limit.

The trouble with just hoping you won't be noticed is that you probably wont find out until one of you tries to withdraw.

You may also run into issues of having the same mailing address. Using the same mailing address will get you flagged. Also, some books may require a utility bill to verify identity.
