My name is John Gilbert

I had withdraw money from a sportsbook

after 5 working days . I still havent receive my money

I asked the sportsbook to trace it .

They reply me ,due to payment they sent to "John Gibert"

the missing "L" .the bank refund back the money to the sportsbook

My question is why the banking staff was so so stupid ?

My account number is written there .the only thing that there is no "L" alphabet in the name ...

Why the staff rejects this transaction ?

What are the probabilities that the bank could sent this money to wrong person ? 10 trillion to 1 ?

Then why are the banking staffs acting so bad like this ?
