Betpop and Youwager are under the First Fidelity umbrella out of Costa Rica. There are 4 or 5 other books within them too, but I think they cater to more foreign country's.

Funny though, go to OOBG, another supposedly independent website that rates sportsbooks and they have Youwager and Betpop 1st and 2nd. Most of the books picked above are in the B to B+ category. Not A's.....

I've played at most of these at one time or another and have dual accounts at both Betpop and Youwager to take advantage of their bonus rules. Been there at least 10 years, as have buddies of mine, and I always get paid (and rather quickly too). Big bonuses and quick pay is all I really care about.....

I have been with Carib for ALMOST 20 years, and Carib been very, very good to me. Always HONEST. That it ALL that matters to me. If I had time to have 5 accounts and shop for lines and all...... I imagine I could be up or down FOUR or FIVE lousy dollars...

In regards to safety of our funds longevity seems to be a key factor.

Not 100%, nothing is, but overall the shops that have been around 7-8 seasons and still going are good bets.

JJ's list is full of books that have been around at least 10-15 years (BM/CRIS/DSI, Intertops, Carib, BoDog, 5Dimes etc....) and over.
