Wager Web - Hasn't graded a bet 24 hours later

Anyone else having a problem at Wager Web? It's been 24 hours since Haas/Mannarino finished bet it's still sitting in my queue. Their live support has been down for about 24 hours as well.....

I've had other bets graded in that time. Very strange...
