Betmotion rated C+ when it should be an F-. STAY AWAY

How this book is rated c+ is absoloutely beyond me. Being the sucker I am I opted to try out betmotion for the 150% deposit bonus and god what a mistake it was. I made the qualifying deposit and I successfully completed the rollover. At this point I decided to withdraw since the odds on the site are beyond terrible (sides are 1.75). I sent in my documents probably a week before I decided to withdraw and received multiple emails saying they had been accepted. After 3 days I saw the funds did not come in so I went on live chat they gave the runaround and said to process again in 3 days. I did and still nothing then they told me it was an error on their part so to process again and wait the 3 days. I waited again 3 days later nothing so I went on live chat and they told me it was in regards to the documents (Was not told this initially or receiving any kind of email) I told them its impossible as I have multiple emails confirming it was accepted. I then asked for the truth and he said he would look into it. I have chat logs and screenshots of them blatantly lying and changing the story. How this book is a c+ is beyond me it should be an f-. This book should be downgraded immediately. Please don't make the same mistake of depositing on this book like I did

Totally agree it is 100% my fault for depositing on a c+ site. My only hope is that they downgrade this book to an f so other players don't get sucked in like I did. Yes it is outside the US

I got paid within 5 Days. I haven`t used a Bonus there
