I don`t know, if you already have recognized it, but one of Pinnaclesports Benefits is history.
Now, you are getting logged out after a short while (approx. 15 Minutes), if you are not betting.

This suxx.

It`s up to us, that they take it back, we have to write them, cause i belive no one likes it, to Login again ad again

Yeah, a place like 5Dimes which also forces out quickly may have an excuse such as we are a recreational book wtf are you doing here all day long, but Pinnacle is different and claims to be a pro book, shouldn't be expected to log in 50 times a day, agreed totally with your comment.

Why did they take such decision?? Normally when a bookmaker decides to make changements, that's to do improvements. But with Pinnacle it seems to me that all changements during the last months were negative ! (they try to apply fees on some withdrawals now, they cancel more and more bets, ...and now they force us to log out every 15 minutes !!!!). Stupid decision from Pinnacle ! If they want to lose their customers, they're on the right way!

I've already sent them email yesterday to tell them that was really stupid and negative changement. And everyone here should send them email to tell them that 's bullsh.. !! If we're many to do so, they may cancel that forced log-out

Just use Firefox and get the reload add on and you are set.

I use Firefox and installed the reload add. That works with every book but Pinnacle. I'm automatically logged out despite the reload add. Do you manage to remain log in on Pinnacle thanks to reload add???

Yeah I've only been able to make 1 bet over last two days with Live Pinnacle when I was making 5-10 a night before. Atleast with every other book they ask you if you would like to remain logged in this just kicks you out to an error screen. Pretty pathetic if you ask me especially as fast as it happens. I guess Pinnacle decided it wanted less action this season.

pinnacle answered me by email that forced log out was installed for security reason??? Could someone explain me what's the link with security??? Is that a real reason or Pinnacle simply invents reasons..?

Yeah security is the reason most books install it, but others put a pop up asking if you would like to remain logged in or not, also others do not do it after 10-15mins, They need to come up with a better solution I cant be logging into pinnacle 40 times in an 8 hr session.

Got to imagine a change coming just when they see live volume down 10 fold. Like atleast make it once an hour if your concerned with security(aka idiots leaving their accounts logged into public computers.) Unless they plan on changing their low margin approach this was a horrible decision.

After sending several emails to Pinnacle CS, i received that answer:
"
Dear Client,


We brought our customer's concerns to the Malta Gaming Authority and they agreed to an increase to 120 minutes of inactivity before log out.


Thank you for helping make this change possible, your feedback is always greatly appreciated"

That is clear 120 minutes is much better and less anoying than 20 minutes, however i don't understand: According to their email that is the Malta Gaming Authority that imposes a forced log out after a certain time of inactivity?? Yet i suppose there are many other bookmakers depending from that Authority and who don't force their customers to log out at all, aren't there??
