    Bad line?
Just say a line on the underdog is at +105 to +110 at most books.. is getting it at another book at +125 a bad line? How far does it need to be off to be considered a bad line?

No reputable book would call that a bad line, even if it were somehow a mistake.

A bad line is one that got posted wrong. How off-market it is at the time, if it was reasonable when posted, is irrelevant.

Some books will cancel wagers almost randomly.

If you aren't sure if it's bad, I'd recommend calling in the play. It's harder for a book to cancel these and save face.

I really don't think they should be able to claim it is a bad line if it is the line they open up with. They have hours to get this line right and should have to double check their lines before posting them. It is not like the line moved whilst the line was open and they happened to move it the wrong way. They had all day to get this line right before they put it up and if they don't then they should have to live with their error.
