Are you able to deposit into Betvictor with Skrill? The lady said it was available in my country but in some areas it's not available... What!? I won a contest and need to deposit with Skrill but I cannot deposit with Skrill.

They pulled out of Canada for example, so its possible you have books servicing Canadians and Skrill users but not both.
