How do I submit a dispute with SBR?

I've always been paid out through Sportsbook.ag, sometimes it takes longer than other times. Anyway, the last time I had an issue I did submit a complaint through SBR and it sped up my payment. That was a few years ago and I forgot how to officially submit a dispute. Thanks to anyone that can help.
