SBR: Submitted Complaint Unanswered?

Hi,
I filed a complaint on 5-22 including a couple of follow-up emails but haven't heard back yet. Perhaps the emails went to a spam folder? I figured I would follow up here just in case.

still waiting on something on my compliant on bitbook.biz(and yes i know they closed and gave three days to cash out)

but to be fair when there was a poker room review and i had a compliant against absolute they where right on it

you have to remember tica time comes into play on any correspondence sent to SBR and from SBR to the book in question if the book is located in that 4th world rat hole
so be patient and send them friendly reminders and they will get you an answer
