I'm able to log in to the site but the casino is down still. Says "sorry, an error occurred during login"

few things tick me off more than calling this "scheduled maintenance". If this was scheduled, that makes heritage look even worse.

generic "the site is currently borked" message I am sure.

Heritage is in the business of staying open to take your money. Trust me there isn't any alterior motive for them to take their site down. Shit happens in IT with servers, connections, service all the time. Literally one thing breaks on the way to deliver it to your penetrating face thousands of miles away can disrupt service. 9/10 it has nothing to do with them, and one of the layers imbetween. They aren't facebook and can't afford to have 8,000 failover servers around the world and own every step of the process unless you want to pay more juice. It's your call. Relax guys.
